“We stayed in this apartment for the second time during the week of Christmas. The host added a tree and other decorations to make our stay more festive and we were able to celebrate Christmas with our family there. It truly was a special holiday and we enjoyed it just as much as we did last summer! The hosts were very fast in responding to our questions/requests and were very accommodating to allow our maltipoos and planned/unplanned guests. We appreciated that we were also given a music stand……

“Nine of us thoroughly enjoyed our 6 night stay! Space enough for quiet times and group times, indoors and outdoors on the large 2nd floor deck and individual decks. Windows everywhere had us feeling we shared the outdoors in privacy. Hearing birds and the Cuchara River through open windows was a joy. Every bedroom is nice; there isn’t a bedroom that isn’t great. Huge theater-quality TV if you have an event you want to watch. Loved the spacious kitchens, high tech bathrooms, and great radiant……

The ranch house, bunk house and tiny house were extremely clean and comfortable. The Kenneys have been good stewards of their land. Their love for the ranching way of life is evident in every detail. The Kenney’s exude the gift of hospitality!”

“Beautiful and cozy new-build guest house with a hot tub! We thoroughly enjoy this modern guest house featuring modern upgrades such as heated floors and an easily accessible hot tub. The kitchen was fantastic, stocked with all the necessary kitchen necessities you would need to cook a meal. The hosts were friendly, attentive, and cordial. The only item missing was access to a washer/dryer unit. However, this would not deter us from booking this unit again. ”

“The home was very clean and comfortable. It has very nice amenities. The view of the mountains & location was what we pay to see! The morning we left it snowed 8-10 inches & there wasn’t any electricity. The housekeeper was quick to get in touch with us to offer assistance. That was much appreciated but we didn’t need it.”
