“We had a wonderful week here. We loved the big room with windows on the beach and the swooping and calling gulls. We saw a pod of dolphins going by once. It's a calm, quiet beach, great for walking and exploring. The fenced yard was a gift for our dogs, who love being outside whenever possible.Prime Hook Beach is a small residential community -- I walked every inch of it several times with the dogs. :-) We've stayed in Lewes in the past, and so drove there a couple times to visit our favorite……

“We were here for a youth field hockey tournament. We thought this was a perfect place--plenty of space for kids to spread out, across the street from the beach, and only 15-20 min or so into Milford for restaurants/food. Easy check-in/out, and clear communication from the hosts, who left a great note and instructions for everything you need inside the house. We're thinking about how we might use this place for a stay with another family--the layout is perfect for 2 adult couples 4 kids in their……

“If your looking for a place near DE turf field this is about 14 mins away if the traffic is bad 10 mins normally. Located near a walmart dollar tree and movie theater. There are many fast food options 5 mins away. The home is great has there is an airfryer which is good. The seller communication was great. I had no issues getting in or checking out. My son who is 6'2 slept comfortably in the other room. Beds are as comfortable as a hotel. Over all nithing to complain about. Better than a hotel……

“What a lovely house with beautiful panoramic windows and views of the bay and beach! The house was well-maintained and well-equipped for guests, with plenty of space for this family of four dog. (We loved the doggie designated towels.) The hosts were responsive and accommodating; their TLC for the house is apparent and appreciated. If given the opportunity, we will definitely come back. ”

“Nannette thought of everything at this beautiful beach shore home. Upon arrival we found a welcome kit and goodies for us and our dog! Extra kudos for the pup stuff! The decor was very homie and the place itself was very warm and inviting. She was easy to reach if I had reached out with questions, answering promptly. Highly recommend!”
