Well-appointed, this home had everything from kayaks to kitchen supplies, beach bikes to body wash.Ann is a very attentive property manager who made it easy to arrive, utilize, and depart from this large home with plenty of places to chill and play. “Spent a week at the “Yellow Cottage” during 2025 HEATWAVE last week in June. Enjoyed its charm, comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, and OF COURSE - the VIEW! Hosts were very attentive. We enjoyed the deck when there was a breeze, but as senior citizens - spent many a hot day looking out at the view from inside. The Air conditioner had a tough time keeping up with the heat, but the ceiling fans helped keep things cool. We began every day with watching the sunrise and would not hesitate……

“This is a wonderful place to simply relax. It’s away from all the hustle but close enough to visit if you want to. The sunrise is spectacular with lots of wildlife. The house is fully stocked with anything and everything you could ask for. The beds are very comfortable and the hot tub is very relaxing. It was so nice to be able to bring our dogs too. Our group enjoyed some evenings in making dinner and playing games and doing puzzles. We also loved sitting on the beach watching birds and……

“Incredibly peaceful beach with sparsely scattered beachgoers, gentle waves, and soft sand. Ceiling fans with open floor plan and pocket doors secreting bedrooms away provide for both gatherings and restful privacy with a whir of moving air above. Sunrise coffee in the pergola beachside is best!”

“LOVED Lyle's treehouse - we had such a wonderful visit. Sydney was so kind in creating such a warm, inviting spaced, she really thought of everything you would need (even a cooling face mask!). Spending time on the deck was absolutely divine, all the windows open, hearing the birds (and the cute cows) was a beautiful escape from the city.
