“Our team was blown away by the space! They raved from the minute they walked inside. While we were close enough to walk to everywhere we needed to be, we had privacy and time to bond as a team since were not staying at the hotels with the rest of our convention participants. Everyone had a comfortable bed, and were excited to go home with clean clothes instead of having to laundry when they returned from our long, draining convention. We would definitely stay here again (and probably will)!”

“I traveled to Knoxville with my 25 year old son who was competing in Syndicate Crown Coliseum just a short walk away. Although we spent most of our time at the event we enjoyed mornings having breakfast on the back deck of the boat and spent our evenings enjoying the upper deck! The boat was very clean and the music/instrument themed furniture and decorations were a nice touch. We really appreciated how well stocked the boat was with everyday items such as toiletries, coffee and other kitchen……

“Spotless, with very comfortable beds and furnishings including snacks, towels, and extras! There is not a full kitchen, but they have a toaster, coffee pot, crock pot, toaster oven, and grill available with plenty of disposable dishes. Very quiet, with a great outdoor space facing the woods. Fire pit and plenty of outdoor seating too. Highly rexommend!!!”

“This is an adorable place, well appointed and well maintained. The owner definitely mentioned that there are stairs however, I did not realize there are 2 flights to walk up with luggage. Very centrally located to bars, restaurants, and shops. Overall, I would highly recommend this accommodation for staying in the Old City section of Knoxville. ”

“This was the perfect home for us during our trip to Knoxville. We travelled with our teenage daughter and our dog. The neighborhood was great for dog walks. The house was furnished/equipped with everything we needed. Communication from our host was excellent.. Would 100% recommend!”
