“The hotel is right located in the downtown and extremely close to the Independence Square. Renovation is in 80’s Soviet style but cannot expect too much given that price. Room is clean however there were some insects or mosquitoes (which I am not sure) kept biting me at my last night of stay (Gates Closed with air-conditioner on). So I suspect there were some problem for the bed sheet. But still I would recommend this hotel for budget traveller.”

“This is a fine little hotel on 4th floor with 10 rooms . Nice and clean. Good service and little tea-kitchen in the room comes with boiler kettle, teabags and coffee, dishes, glasses and cutlery, mineralwater in the fridge. My room had a closed balcony - very nice. The room had a working aircondition for heating and cooling plus centralheating. The hotel is 500 meters from Livobereschnij Metro station from where you can go directly to the very center of Kiev in 10 minuttes, and directly to the……

“Overall we had a good stay at Centrooms. Communication before our stay was very good and an airport transfer was arranged through Centrooms which was appreciated since we were arriving in the early hours of the morning with a baby. First impressions weren't the best as it was a walk through a dark back yard to get to our block and the entrance/stairwell are very old. Once inside though, the apartment was bright, airy and clean with everything we needed for our 3 day stay. The baby cot was set up……

“My booking was canceled by the owner while I was on my transit. Moreover, since she didn’t have me stayed or “called deleted my booking”, I never got my booking money back yet. Not from the owner and not from the Travelocity. It was a ripoff my money from Travelocity and Friends forever place! I did send a message to Travelocity city to refund my money as I didn’t able to stay there. No response yet! I want money back now!!! Stop ripping off people money with false promises! ”
