“A bit away from the central market but very peaceful. It is mini tibet. The rooms are spacious. Hotel serene. Staff very helpful. Ms. Rupali receptionist, ms. Cherry, himmatbhai and all restaurant and room service staff polite and always helpful. Food needs little improvement. Every room must have hot water geyser or boiler. They have solar connection for hot water but it takes time to get hot water. In house laundry is an advantage. Rates are reasonable for all services. We have stayed there……

“Unique experience of staying next to a small monastery, and value for money, but service was poor. Bath didn't have got water, food service took an hour, waiters failed to understand what we were saying, stray cats and dogs were moving about inside the hotel. Overall, I will suggest travellers to look for other options, avoid this place”

“Great location, being less than 5 mins walking distance to the main shopping and dining area and Kalachakra Temple, yet feels quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. Room was of a good size, very clean and well equipped with good heating. Bedding was very comfortable, bathroom was good, hot water supply worked great and wifi network was strong. “The property is perfectly located near the McLeod Gang monastery and a short walk to all the outdoor shops. The views from the rooms are stellar, and the staff is so courteous and professional. Sonya, the concierge manager is really fantastic and makes you feel like a special guest at this truly beautiful hotel. Highly recommended!”

“Our stay at WelcomHeritage Natraj was awesome with full marks to the hotel staff on cleanliness and hospitality. Premium Room was of decent size and all amenities were present; housekeeping team was sincere in cleaning and making room great. The hill view from balcony was spectacular and enchanting. It was so relaxing to sit and enjoy tea/coffee with the blissful view of the hills. The staff were very friendly and courteous, right from the check-in experience, Mr Ajay at front desk provided……

“well, the property is high in hilltop, difficult to travel in car and high altitude walk if once fancies them. The food is extravagant variety of dishes served, and staff service is good. the hotel is good too only the problem came in the form of using toiletry facilities. The waterspout was agonizingly like a machine gun, painful indeed if you get the drift, hence 3 stars. ”

“Wonderful stay. If you take the rooms on third floor or above you will get amazing view. Very close to Mall road but still very quite and serene. They let us do an early check in at a very reasonable cost and also they upgraded our room. It was bronze they upgraded it to silver. Although even in silver they did not provided tea, coffee sachets. Although kettle was provided. Rest everything was really great.”
