“This was a great house, very conveniently located to visit our son at Adrian college. They had everything we could need. I would highly recommend this house and these renters.”

“Older home with alot of charm! It felt cozy and was in a very quiet neighborhood. There was alot of hospitality throughout. If I had to state a couple negatives one would be that the host has access to the locked basement (that they say they use for storage) from the outside but they live in a big house next door and have a big locked shed out back. That part seemed a little strange but I didn't notice if anyone was in the basement if they were. The host were outside hanging out and their dog……

“Conveniently located to many restaurants and close proximity areas we needed to visit for baseball tournament. Staff friendly and helpful. Only bad feature is no elevator access to second floor.”

“We stayed for 3 nights. Cami was very easy to work with and communicated well. Answered all questions . Property was in a safe and quiet neighborhood and close to all the areas we needed to get to. The bedroom and bath were very nice, clean and comfortable. Would recommend if you are staying in this area. We will plan to use again when in Adrian. ”

“Stayed here for our son’s convocation at Adrian College and it was the perfect distance to the school and a great private stay for a few days as we prepped for his move back home. ”

“It smelled like moth balls. Holes in walls. Bed was uncomfortable. Good thing was I only paid 70$ for it. Should of been more like 10$. Owner was very nice. Outside doors didn't lock, didn't feel very safe. Won't stay there again!”

“The chairs around the property hardly have any cover on them. They look like they are ready to be thrown out. The dining room and extra chairs around the lobby are clean, but these chairs look horrible. I find it hard to believe that a company of this size cannot afford to provide new chairs for its guests. ”

“Hotel was nice and new. Still has the new smell to it. Front desk staff was friendly. Really enjoyed having the mini fridge and loved the hand soap, lotion, body wash, shampoo and conditioners built onto the walls. The bed was not the most comfortable. For being a new hotel, the bed did not feel new. Also, the hallway carpet was dirty and messy. It looked as if the rooms were swept and all the dirt etc. was swept into the hallways and never swept. Close to the Ohio turnpike and Fulton County……
