“Cozy cabin, gorgeous spot, well appointed. The internet is *very* expensive with a completely opaque system for monitoring use-- I read the details beforehand but you don't really know until you know. And the driveway is steep!”

“My husband and I needed a place to stay near family for Christmas, along with our (adult) niece and nephew, and our dog. Clark's house had plenty of room for all of us! We so appreciated the warm welcome we found when we arrived: bacon, eggs and bread for breakfast, and a local liquor to unwind after the drive! There was even a cute Christmas tree to get us in the holiday mood. Thank you, Clark! We will definitely be back! ”

“This cabin was just as advertised, and perfect for our family. We were looking for some winter isolation, and found it at the Outpost. The fireplace was great, the arrangement was perfect for family games in front of the fire or at the table, the kitchen had what we needed, and the beds were comfortable. The owners were very responsive to a few questions we had, and we enjoyed saying hello to their two very friendly dogs who stopped by. We would stay there again, summer or winter.”

“Four couples getaway. Cooked meals. Played games. Went for hiking and sightseeing especially to Fallingwater and Kentuck Knob. Also visited the winerydistillery nearby. Location was superb. The owners of Kalli-Ru thought of every detail. Great for all ages -there are games, air hockey table, long bar table, many sofas, fireplaces, big yard, grill, fire pit, hot tub, etc. And big kitchen for gatherings and prepping meals. The place is also wheelchair accessible -that was a detail I noticed and……

“We rented this lovely and charming get-away for our daughter and her dog who were visiting for Christmas. She could not have loved it more and raved about how comfortable the bed was! She loved all of the special touches that made it feel so homey, and the fenced-in yard was perfect for her dog. Thank you for this special place that was honestly the perfect location and rental. “A super comfortable place and so peaceful to get away. Right on the banks of a stream that provides wonderful background. We had a minor issue once we arived, but it was swiflty taken care of by the host. They did everything right. Will definitely keep this place in mind for future vacations. ”
