Great home located in at the cul-de-sac of a quiet, friendly, and mature neighborhood. With a beautiful and spacious backyard. Our residents enjoy luxurious resort-style amenities like a nice patio area overlooking a beautiful view of the trees in the yard. Very large fully furnished kitchen, washer, dryer, 70' television, WiFi, HEPA Technology air purifier, and more. It is just an amazing place for family, professionals, or someone who values relaxation and entertainment. Guests have full access to the two-car driveway. Also, there is plenty of space to park additional cars along the road. The house is very beautiful with lots of space. The Master Bedroom, the Kitchen, and the living room are very large compared to all other listed homes. No garage access. But our guests have full access to the livings space of the home and its amenities. Party prevention measures: There's no scenario where we will authorize a party or event at this property. Guests with more than the allowed number of cars or personnel in our home or in our neighborhood are in breach of the rental agreement and forfeit their rights to continue the rest of their stay in our home. No refunds.
