The Space: This location is one of the popular locations in the downtown area. It is a quaint neighborhood of charming older homes and a beautiful park with tennis and basketball courts , pool, walking trails and more just across the street. Enjoy easy access to the Walton Art Center, Dickson Street bars and eateries, the farmers market , plus easy walk to University games and events.

Guest Access: This apartment is located in the basement portion of a home (that has a full time tenant) designed especially for a separate exterior entrance apartment. The apartment is around 1300 sq. feet on one level and has a front entrance with porch seating. A code will be provided to access the apartment. Guests will have access to the entire apartment, appliances, and amenities mentioned above. A parking pass for one vehicle will be provided. Any additional vehicles will need to pay for parking.
The Neighborhood: The Wilson Park neighborhood is one of the most popular areas near downtown because you do not have to walk far to anything. You will find homes ranging from $200,000 to way over a million dollars in this location. You will enjoy seeing cottages to mansions mixed throughout the park area.
Other Things to Note: Payments collected by The Wanderlust Co are secure. Your payment will be handled safely during your course of business with us. Payments are powered by Stripe, are Safe and Secure SSL Encrypted. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. We only accept payments in U.S. currency.
Rental Fee: 100% of the reservation will be charged to your payment method at booking confirmation.
Security Deposit: Upon check in, an authorization hold (security deposit) of $250 will be placed on your payment method. You won’t be charged, but the hold means that you won’t be able to access these funds until the hold is released. As long as no property damage occurs during your stay, we’ll initiate a release of the hold placed on your card 7 days after your checkout.
Cancelation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check in will receive a 100% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check in will receive a 50% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. No refunds will be processed within 14 days of check in.
Pre-Check In Requirements: As a professional vacation rental company, we do require our guests to upload an acceptable government-issued photo ID for additional identity verification and sign our terms & conditions agreement on our guest portal, which is where you will be able to view your check in instructions upon completion of pre-check-in requirements. If you are booking a reservation for someone other than yourself, we do need the contact information of the guest(s) who will be staying at the property.
