Guest Access: A code will be provided to access the home. Parking is available directly in front of the home, as well as additional parking available behind the building. Guests will have access to the entire home, appliances, and amenities mentioned above.

Other Things to Note: Payments collected by The Wanderlust Co are secure. Your payment will be handled safely during your course of business with us. Payments are powered by Stripe, are Safe and Secure SSL Encrypted. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. We only accept payments in U.S. currency.
Rental Fee: 100% of the reservation will be charged to your payment method at booking confirmation.
Security Deposit: Upon check in, an authorization hold (security deposit) of $250 will be placed on your payment method. You won’t be charged, but the hold means that you won’t be able to access these funds until the hold is released. As long as no property damage occurs during your stay, we’ll initiate a release of the hold placed on your card 7 days after your checkout.
Cancelation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check in will receive a 100% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check in will receive a 50% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. No refunds will be processed within 14 days of check in.
Pre-Check In Requirements: As a professional vacation rental company, we do require our guests to upload an acceptable government-issued photo ID for additional identity verification and sign our terms & conditions agreement on our guest portal, which is where you will be able to view your check in instructions upon completion of pre-check-in requirements. If you are booking a reservation for someone other than yourself, we do need the contact information of the guest(s) who will be staying at the property.
