The stairs are steep but hand rails sturdy and in good repair. The dock is in a quiet cove with glass water, about 3 minutes by boat to Turkey Creek boat launch (15 minutes……

“This house has everything! We enjoyed the screened porch each morning with coffee and the lake view. The neighborhood was great for walking the dog. We enjoyed the Bodega close by and the live music at the marina. The town of Winchester is adorable! ”

“We stayed for a week to celebrate our 42nd anniversary in September. Off-season is very quiet and relaxing. The home is well equipped for dinning and cooking. The seating is very comfortable. The decor is very pleasing with unique light fixtures and the owner's photography. The upper deck and lower porch have plenty of seating with plush cushions.Our only concern was the poorly lit in-ground flagstone steps to the front door with no handrail. Two of the flagstone were loose and rocked in the……

“We spent the weekend in Winchester for my son's birthday and wanted to stay close to Twin Creeks Marina. This house was great... a 5 minute drive to the lake but still in a quiet wooded area. The house was the perfect size for our family of 4 and it was very tastefully renovated and decorated. We also were able to bring our small pup, which was great. Plenty of room for him to run around in the yard. Overall would highly recommend!”

Highly recommended adding the golf cart rental to get down to the dock! All of the activities on the dock and at the house kept our crew ranging from 9-50 years old entertained the entire time!
