Some windows were open, rain was coming in. House temp was 56. Contacted the PM right away and they explained that there had been trash left in the house and it did not smell pleasant - that's great, thanks for airing it……

“Would definitely stay again! Spacious living area and bedroom. Love the sofa and the very comfortable bed. The soundproofing in the bedroom made it wonderful for sleeping. Great location within 1/2 mile walk of the main town area. Host is lovely. Will add a note of caution to be mindful that there is a full step down from the bathroom doorway to the living area as well as a bit of an elevation change at the doorway from the living room to the bedroom. I got used to it but after stumbling a……

“We had room for each of the adults, which included adult children. At these ages they no longer want to share a bed or bathroom with anyone. Perfect that we could come together, but have our own separate spaces. Very clean and comfortable with everything you need.”

“We choose this house for its location less than 10 minutes from WPI with enough beds for everyone in our family. Communication with the host was fast and easy. Check-in was simple. The house was clean and ready for our use, including a stash of toiletries (very appreciated as one kid forgot their toothbrush). Bonus was beautiful weather to enjoy waking pass the lake and around the neighborhood. ”

“My wife and I really enjoyed our three days in Concord. Our flight was late and we arrived late in the evening, but the cottage was easy to find and self check-in was easy. The cottage was close enough to town and the train to make everything doable by foot. Several restaurants and a small market were just a few minutes away, Thoreau's last home was on the next block, and most of the main historical houses and museums were a pleasant mile or so walk. We also did the few mile Emerson-Thoreau……

“Property as advertised! The communication prior to the stay with the property management co was harder than it needed to be, but the owners themselves were very helpful and responsive (the management co only handles things up to a point). FYI it was plenty cool, but it is not central AC. Great to have a washer and dryer on site! The area got a bit parked up and busy because some neighbors took a bunch of people out on their boat from the same dock on a Sunday we were there. It wasn't a big deal……
