“What a cozy, great place to stay. This was super close to where our family was staying. Wonderful to sit on little porch under overhang and enjoy the falling rain. Everything was there that was needed. Even chairs for the deck. All bedding was there. Beds were comfortable. And Lana (owner) messaged prior to our stay and for every question after she was immediately available. We felt safe and well taken care of.”

“We had the best time at this cabin. Dan and his brother really did a great job with the new addition! One of the best parts about this place was the screened in portion of the deck. We had some crummy weather this past week and we still got to be outside and enjoy the day even though it was raining! They do spray for mosquitoes and that really cut down on the amount of bugs around. It was noticeable how absent they were at times! The multiple refrigerators in the house was super nice! “The space was perfect for our multi-generational family. We had several college-age kids and teens in the bunkhouse which was a great private space for them to stay up late and sleep in away from parents and grandparents in the main house. We loved the serenity and beauty of the bay but the ability to quickly get to the big part of Woman Lake too. The dock is small and was a bit challenging for 2 boats but we made it work. We were surprised to find only silverware for about 8 when the house can……

“If anyone is looking for a peaceful "get-away", this is it! We stayed there for five nights and got to wake up in the morning to have coffee on the deck while listening to all the birds. Chris and Chelsi couldn't have been more accommodating as far as helping us with any questions prior to getting there and with our reservations. Once we got there, I was impressed with what they offered as far as amenities (I have a time share that offers far less than what they do). We spent our time out on……

“We enjoyed our stay in this cozy little cottage. It had everything we could possibly need. It was very comfortable. Randy and Shannon were the perfect hosts. Upon our arrival, they helped us with our luggage. Randy even went so far as to have another person available to help my husband into the fishing boat. The fishing boat was clean and Randy did his best to find the good fishing spots. He knows where the fish are. We will definitely return.”

“This is a special place! It’s a beautiful cabin in a beautiful setting! The check in was very easy and the cabin had everything that we needed, including in the kitchen. I enjoyed taking the kayak out for an evening paddle on the smooth as glass lake and enjoyed sitting on the deck and listening to the loons. The little store in Laporte was close for picking up milk and sweet corn. We look forward to staying here again! ”

“Our stay was simply lovely at the Leech Lake cabin. We loved the rustic ambience with an amazing view. Skye was professional and so easy to work with. We hope to return again this fall. ”

“The property was perfect for our family. Loved the lake! Only caution I would give is if you’re bringing a dog. The back porch they are required to stay in isn’t large enough to keep a dog. I felt awful for our lab when we had to bring him in but he was so happy majority of the time outside and swimming”

“ My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautifully renovated comfortable cabin on tranquil Vermillion Lake. The cabin is well equipped with everything you may need - just bring your food and clothing. They even provided the makings for smores! We had success catching pan fish right off the dock, and loved watching and listening to the loons and other wildlife. The cabin's air conditioning was nice to have, when smoke from Candian wildfires affected the air quality on one day. Also,……
