“So bad . The door is broken ， and room is dirty. It’s too noisy, and seems like not safe.”

“This was our most disappointing stay in any Days Inn we have ever had. We chose this Days Inn because of it’s close proximity to my nephew’s home. Everything from the door not shutting and wouldn’t lock to the flooded entrance to cigarette butts on the walkways to the unkept breakfast bar was a disappointment. We’ll never stay there again and will be looking elsewhere in the future.”

“Skip and Jane were wonderful hosts! Everything you would expect from a Victorian home bed and breakfast. Lost of history to see and enjoy. The yard and gardens were well groomed, the rooms were very clean. There happened to be a major heat wave when we were visiting and they brought a portable AC unit to our room on the 3rd floor to make sure we were comfortable. Breakfast was beautiful and delicious as well. They were very kind to ask about allergies, sensitivities or diet preferences……

“First time ever to stay at the hotel, where the kiosk is also the check-in counter as also the concierge 😅😂 The guy at the kiosk is extremely helpful! 👍 The free shuttle service to airport and nearby light rail station was very nice too! Very few and limited selection at breakfast. Those plastic cutleries were so environmental unfriendly and contradictory to the “sustainable” hotel theme! ”

“I feel like when a customer decides to extend there room, it is the responsibility of the staff to advise of the room charge increase verses a customer finding out when it is time to checkout and we think we are still paying the original rate but when no one says your daily rate is increasing significantly. Guests would assume the rste is still the same as when they checked. I was surprised with significant price hikes and was not made available at time of extension. ”
