Its central location to the South Beach promenade, the city center, and the harbor makes this accommodation the ideal starting point for your stay. Whether you are traveling as a couple, family, or with friends, you will surely feel comfortable and welcome here!
This cozy ground floor studio apartment (34 qm) with a terrace features a living area with a dining area and kitchenette, as well as a shower room. The kitchen is equipped with 2 hotplates, a coffee maker, a kettle, an egg cooker, a microwave, and dishes. Please note that there is no oven.
Feel free to use our garden and terrace, equipped with lounge chairs, outdoor furniture, and a grill. A parking space is reserved for you in front of the house, and we also offer storage facilities for your bicycles, surfboards, and other equipment.
We would be happy to provide you with a crib and a highchair for your baby. We also offer storage facilities for bicycles, surfboards, and other equipment. The playground is located nearby, only about 50 meters away. If you are planning a horseback riding excursion, the riding stable is conveniently located about 500 meters away.
