“Chose for location, along the North Norfolk Coastal path. Nice room with lots of amenities. Good breakfast, with choices other than just a full English. ”

“We booked a long bank holiday weekend at the very last minute and were not disappointed. Very tranquil location so the town isn't really walkable unless you are super fit although only minutes from town in a car. But the hotel more than made up for that. Very traditional which made you feel like you were stepping back in time. The staff were all super friendly and made us feel very welcome. We couldn't fault the room. “We were made to feel very welcome. The food is excellent, local suppliers clearly listed. Extensive wine list. Outside area for drinks and dinner is attractive. Very friendly staff We’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re in the area. ”

“Was a really lovely pub, very welcoming, great service and the evening meal was to a very high standard. The manager moved us to a seafront view which was a nice touch, bed comfy, and well stocked tea and coffee facilities. Breakfast was 5 star, highly recommended.”

“Wonderful property, staff amazing. Only "gripes" are - four poster bed is a *little* small, it's the equivalent of a small double bed. Also, the shower doesn't have much power. It's an older, historical property, so do factor that into a stay. As highlighted above though, the staff were brilliant, and the (included) breakfast was sublime. We will be back! 👍”
