“地點方便，就在市中心，步行兩分鐘即到車站往機場，房間大而整潔，前台服務佳，唯早餐接待的小姐面口不太好，禮貌也一般，食物選擇也不多。”

“It is more like a budget hotel. TV was out of order. No cups no drinking water in room. The biggest issue is that they do not have security measures at all it seems. People from outside can freely come in, sit down and even go upstairs to the room floors ( room cards are not needed to access the room floors). However, they serve good breakfast with a good selection of food and drinks. But still I will not consider this hotel when I revisit Germany. ”

“In general, our stay in the hotel has been brilliant. The mini bar was great as it was refilled every day. The beds were comfy, the staff was friendly. The sink in the bathroom was surprisingly good. The balcony outside the room was unexpectedly clean and quaint. The room size was nice. However, it will be even better if frying pans and exhaustion fan was added in the bathroom and frying pans were included in the kitchen.”

“There is a demolition work of an old construction, making noisy from early morning. Moreover, the DAILY room cleaning service is just so-so.”

“Got free upgrade, the check-in guy was really friendly. Underground car park with hight limited 1.9m/ 14€ a day. The room is really nice, bright and clean. But the towel were not so clean, still can see the black-used mark.”

“入住的房型與原本預定的不同，我訂了三房公寓，結果給我們的是兩房公寓，跟前台人員反應後，開啟了隔壁的單房公寓給我們湊成三房公寓，但是我預定的三房公寓看圖片是明亮且空間足夠大的房型，KOOS給我們的''合併三房公寓''昏暗、狹窄、且似乎維護不良(地板變形，走路都會有嘎吱嘎吱聲響)廚房除了鍋具跟用餐餐具，沒有提供足以料理三餐的用品(油、鹽、胡椒、刀具) 但還有值得一提的是，浴室似乎是整修過的，整體明亮且乾淨，設備也維護的很好”
