“There was significant disruptions caused by the alarm system during our recent stay at this property. These issues affected our experience to the point that we were forced to leave early, significantly disrupting rest for my entire family. In the morning at approximately 7:00 AM, the alarm system sounded extremely loudly and continued until around 7:30 AM, abruptly waking us. I reached out to the owner via text message at that time to notify you of the issue. Later that evening, at……

“The apartment itself was okay. It was definitely updated, however there is very little privacy with the bathroom. At first entry everything seemed fine. There was moldy coffee in the coffee maker, but they came to clean it. The communication with the cohost and evolve was absolutely horrific! We had a huge problem in the middle of the night that required police and fire to come out as a precaution. I was also asked to go into the basement to check out the strange beeping. There was no light……

“We rented both units for the weekend. Six bedrooms accommodated our two families nicely. The furniture was comfortable and good for gathering in different areas (living room, kitchen, fire pit). Dishware and glassware were a bit sparse but manageable. One unit smelled quite strongly of stale cigarette smoke but aired out nicely. Sound barrier between the two units was very thin, fine for sharing a wall with family. Might be an issue sharing a wall with strangers. My brother, who is a neatnick……

“I had a very comfortable month-long stay at Al's apartment. It's in an excellent location, about a 15 minute walk to the Central Market and only a short drive to all the other areas of Lancaster. The place was clean and comfortable. The parking and laundry was a big plus. The kitchen was serviceable, with plenty of utensils, but you will need to bring your own supplies, including salt, pepper, sugar, coffee and oils if you plan on cooking. I would stay again next time I'm in town.”
