“Nice clean apartment style living. Reminds me very much of student accommodation, but a lot more comfortable..
Bed was great, room was immaculate. Nice to have a TV with added extras on.
Would stay again ”
“Sono stato da Innovation House per la prima volta nonostante sia la terza volta che mi reco a Burnley dall'Italia per vedere cari e vecchi amici.
È stata una bella sorpresa :)”
“I really like that every room have single beds. They can also be assembled into large bed. Many accommodations in the UK do not offer single beds. Parking is also convenient, we parked three cars. The decoration is very modern and high-end, the internet is also very good, and there are many drinks in the refrigerator. There are a lot of toilets, and many large apartments are severely lacking in toilets. This house is very good, the price is also reasonable, and it is very suitable for a team of……
"I booked a triple room, but all the amenities provided were only for one person — one duvet, one towel, one cup, and one set of toiletries. This is clearly unacceptable for a triple room. I reported this to the reception and explained that it was not an urgent request, and I would be fine if the items could be delivered later in the evening. However, the staff showed a poor attitude, were unwilling to help, and simply replied that they were busy without taking any further action. On top of that, the room was dirty and did not meet basic cleanliness standards. This experience is extremely disappointing and far below expectations."
"A 1970s office block converted into a hotel. Rooms are huge by UK standard, both the room and equipment are very clean. Staff is friendly and experienced. The main complaint would be the WiFi - averaging 100-500kb/s, which is slow even by 2010 standards. Certainly need a replacement.
Elevators only stop on even floors, so you would need to walk 1/2 floor up or down to the 1F reception or room (uneven floor for me). Elevator is very fast and there are 3 of them, so no issues at all. The nearby Eccles Shopping Centre is being redeveloped, so it can get quiet at night. Large supermarket just opposite to the hotel. The Eccles town centre and train/tram station in around 5 minutes."
"The bathroom lock door is non-existent and broken. There are some stains on the carpet. Quite disappointing that there is no mini fridge in the room. "
