“The location is ideal for traveling to several towns in the area. We did find the sleeper sofa unusable (blocked the exit too much) and the kitchenette was lacking a few expected items. However, the unit was fantastic made for a great family vacation spot. We shall return.”

Excellent outdoor shower!Note for future renters: Even though they're in the pictures, blankets/comforters are not provided. We have stayed in multiple BYO linen rentals before where basic blankets and hand towels were included, so we only packed sheets and bath towels. Be sure to pack entire towel and bedding SETS (hand towel, bathmat, comforter, etc.)”

“Enjoyed the home. Had a continuous battle with small ants on the counter and some cabinets. Noticed that they were climbing up the outside of the house too. Suggest perimeter ant control be applied periodically. Removal of some of the saplings along the edges of the driveway would allow easier access in/out. Would recommend monthly cleaning of gutters- we endured some heavy rainstorm due to the hurricane and the water just went right over the gutters because they were plugged full of pine……
