“Our family of 4 stayed at Club Ocean Villas II for a week in late July. We had a family emergency that required a last minute shift in itinerary, and the staff was so accommodating and also very compassionate. They worked around our circumstances while still ensuring we were well taken care of. We were in a second floor unit overlooking the canal, and it was so nice to enjoy coffee on the balcony each morning and watch the birds fish off the dock. “Unit was in a great location across from Sandals. Walked to many restaurants and bars. Walk to beach was short. Great place for a larger group with enough bathrooms for everyone. Property manger was very responsive when questions were asked.”

“It would be great if there was an emergency key nearby in case people accidentally lock themselves outside.”

“Location, unit, and amenities are as described/pictured. We love the midtown location, as some of our favorite OC restaurants are around here, and the beaches are not as busy as the boardwalk and high rise areas. Communication was clear and timely. Definitely saving this spot for the future & would recommend to friends!”

“We've stayed in three different condos in Belmont Towers and where all were great, we'd opt to come back to this one next. Location is perfect for us, we walk everywhere. Balcony is nice and ocean front. Beds were right for our family with two seniors, two adults and four children. One more bedroom would be nice but we haven't found any at this good a location and for this good a price. Weather was the best yet, too, so that might be influencing a bit. Highly recommend!”
