“Overall good place to stay. Kids loved the horses. Could do with a blind or curtain on the high window in the lounge room as morning sun is too bright for anyone using sofa bed. Sofa bed not very comfortable.”

A very considerate Host with some basic essentials already there on arrival as well a a bottle of wine, milk, bread, butter, bacon, eggs, tea, coffee and biscuits, fresh fruit bowl. Will stay again when next in Perth WA.”
