“The home was fully stocked with everything we needed including great breakfast materials. The host was super helpful with our accessibility needs. The property is well suited for a wheelchair, including a power chair. We loved the outdoor amenities as well! ”

“This property is well maintained. The owner Gina made sure that we were taken well care of on Easter weekend. She offered voul hers for breakfast , when she knew she wasn't going to be in town.She had food in the refrigerator for us and all provisions available. Erin who provided breakfast for us on Sunday with her husband was a delight. I can't say enough of this ace. I will be a returning customer every year for the sights and sounds theater. This is your best value if you desire to get away……

“It's in all the house that's was renovated beautifully to keep the old charm intact. I love that the bedroom had its own bathroom the bathroom was modernized. This surroundings were extremely quiet. Very charming stay. I would do it again”

“Highly recommend Osceola Mill House BnB - we stayed in the two-bedroom suite and it was not only immaculate, but super comfy mattresses, and tastefully decorated. The entire BnB felt warm and welcoming, absolutely spotless, and our hosts Erica and Christopher could not have been more friendly. Our breakfast was delicious - and included fresh baked bread and locally sourced foods. You will love your stay here!”

“My second visit—an 8-minute ride from Lancaster train station. The garden/pound behind the historic house is a tranquil retreat, and a township park nearby offers shady walking. I always head to R.B. Shap (5-min drive) for shoes; Lititz offers dining options. My hosts, Diane and Scott, are welcoming and affable. I will gladly return.”

“My wife and I were so happy with our hostess that we decided to stay another night. Every morning, we had a three-course meal, and it was delicious. After telling Kimberly that we were leaving early one morning she made sure we had it early enough so we could make our appointment. The rooms were always comfortable, and the bed was nice as well. Kimberly made sure we had everything we needed including extra towels and anything else that we asked for. ”
