“House and in particular the gardens were beautiful. Everything you need for a comfortable and relaxed and welcoming stay is there. We were lucky with the weather and spent most of the time outside in the fabulous pool, on loungers inthe garden listening to the birdsong or eating in the outside dining area. Giorgio and Laura were wonderful hosts, attentive, detailed and communicative. Communication with overall property manager was less strong but nonetheless adequate. It was a wonderful stay for……

“Ottimo appartamento con spazi sfruttati al meglio e accessoriato al meglio, proprietario molto gentile e disponibile a dare informazioni, posizione comoda al centro e facilmente raggiungibile con l'auto. Supermercato vicinissimo per tutti gli acquisti necessari per un piacevole soggiorno. ”

“The apartment was walking distance from the train station and we found it pretty easily thanks to Google Maps. Emanuela and Davide met us when we arrived and showed us around the apartment. The apartment was very comfortable and a good size for us. Nice facilities. Lots of dishes and glassware, which isn’t always the case. Close to lots of attractions and places to eat. Emanuela was very prompt in her responses. She even gave us a ride to the train station when we were leaving and could not get……

“We had 11 people for a wonderful week stay at La casa di Daniela. There was amble room for everyone, with a wonderful outside area to dine and an addtional area to sit and chat. The grounds were lovely. The pool looked enticing but unfortunately the weather did not cooperate so we never were unable to take advantage of the pool.We hired a chief, suggested by our host for the first night, who was great. She even baked a birthday cake for one of guests.We took advantage of the local terme spas in……

“The apartment is in a very quiet and safe area, about 10-15 minutes on foot from the Duomo and the Teatro Regio. There is an exceptional restaurant about 100 metres away, but we never managed to get in. The hosts, Natalya and Antonio are extremely kind and thoughtful, the apartment is very comfortable, the kitchen quite small but adequately equipped. Highly recommended ”

“The apartment is larger than reflected in the pictures online, which was a pleasant surprise. There is a lot of closet and drawer space, and extra towels provided. The mattress was firm, as were the pillows, which I prefer, so was very happy with that. There are a lot of horizontal surfaces to set things on, which was appreciated. Some of the furniture is a little worn, but the space is comfortable.Sergio was very responsive and made our visit to Parma enjoyable. ”
