“Casa Lerryn is a true gem in central Portugal. Our family of four had an idyllic two-week stay and couldn’t have asked for more. The villa is cosy and full of traditional charm, with everything you need for cooking or BBQs. “Spacious yet cozy with a cabin feel inside. Great location with beautiful hiking trails (caution: very challenging even though labeled moderate). Great for older kids but staircases lack railings so would be unsafe for younger kids. Beautiful house with lovely garden and pool. Good communication with host.”

“It was a cute little apartment. Type unit was a huge balcony overlooking the river, which was beautiful. Had a very well kept kitchenette, a little living room area, bedroom, and bathroom. It was well decorated and a very pleasant surprise. I would definitely return”

“Staff were very nice. Rooms were simple but effective. Heating was working (some reviews dud not understand that there was a switch on the side as well as he temp control.) hot water also good. Fridge, basic cooking equipment plates etc. Bring a corkscrew and a small coffee percolator if you need them. Towels and bed sheets with a duvet all clean etc. ”

“A lovely place to stay, we had a long break there, it’s very quiet, but close enough to the river beaches, beaches, Tomar and other attractions for lovely days out. The hosts are outstanding, I’ve never met such amazing hosts. They bought us bags of the most fabulous and delicious tomatoes and the fluffiest cake ever.
