“This family run lodge is perfect for people who want a quiet tropical getaway. The accommodation is basic but comfortable. We had a smaller bure on the beach, which was perfect for the two of us for 8 nights. The hammocks are great for lounging. The food was very good and the communal eating is very social. You can hike or take a boat around to Oarsmans or Blue Lagoon for a massage, lunch and great snorkelling. There is also coral to the west of the small island for snorkelling.”

“Location is perfect with nice beach. Food to plain. Need to be more fresh fruit and fish. Very basic accommodation. Simple updates can make it much better. Fiji people very nice and try to help you is worth the stay. ”

“Lovely hosts and a wonderful view. The host and her family are simply lovely folks and we felt so welcome. This is a small, family run property and they could not have been nicer. So glad we made this choice. It was terribly humid but the room was a reprieve from the steamy walk to town. Wi-Fi was fine. I never tried the TV because being here was a nice respite from the US.”

“Upon our arrival (11.30am), there was no one at reception, in fact we never got to meet any reception /management staff. The only people there were a cook and young man, that had no idea what was going on. He informed us that the reception lady was on her way and would arrive approx 4pm!! We managed to speak to her via the young man and the phone. We asked to be shown to our room but the lady (still via the phone call) said we didn’t have a booking! We said we had an email confirmation from……
