“Inotawa Lodge was without a doubt the highlight of our trip to Peru and proved to be an amazing and truly authentic Amazon experience. My partner and I spent four days and three nights at the lodge and ended up having the whole place to ourselves, shared only with our guide, the chefs and boat driver. The whole experience exploring the jungle is like nothing else: we went piranha fishing; spotted capybaras, tortoises and plenty of birds on the many boat rides up the river; visited the macaw clay……

“The immersion experience was great. Be prepared though to feel hot and full of bug spray much of the time. Wear hiking pants. Not Lulu leggings (too hot). The guides are great and you can do as much or as little as you want. We saw a lot of animals. ”
