“Wir waren über Auffahrt 2023 mit Freunden in der Rocalillielodge. Es waren wunderschöne Tage. Die Kinder hatten viel Spass im Pool und die Erwachsenen haben den Whirlpool, die bequemen Betten und den grosszügigen Aufenthaltsraum sehr genossen. Demmy war extrem hilfsbereit und bei einem Problem sofort zur Stelle. Einfach toll!”

“The rooms are very clean. I like the flexible online check-in system. While we did run into an issue with a door which was challenging since there's no in person reception desk, the staff were quite responsive by email. I appreciate the thoughtfulness of sending the Geneva transit card by email prior to my arrival so I could use it to get to the hotel easily. It's also near a station so it's easy to get into the city. I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it!”

“My room was not made up so after several phone calls they switched me to another room. My only issue was that they directed me to an unsecured closet with keys to every room in an unsecured key box. Very unsafe anyone could have accessed it and have access to any room. Also not able to communicate well in English ”

It's right next to the primary road so you can clearly hear the hyper at Friday night last until almost sun rise, then, it came after the city services like city-cleaning and the trams which can literally keep you up till the next day. "酒店附近街道情況可以用惡劣形容，無論是街道衛生或治安，第一晚在街上找餐廳晚膳，街上很多衣衫不整的人在行走，還有一私家車駛到我們旁邊大叫，讓我們感到相當恐懼。我們多次來瑞士的經驗，這是我們第一次有人生安全威脅感覺的一次，完全打破了我們一直對瑞士治安良好的印象。"
