“The facility was great the staff very helpful and friendly. Expedia changed my reservation from a double queen room to a king suite without my permission. This caused issues with because we needed two beds. Unfortunately for us the hotel was totally booked. Not sure i will ever use Expedia again.”

“Easy to get shuttle service from the airport. Desk staff was friendly. Room was ready early and appeared clean. Great restaurant was an easy half-mile walk on lit sidewalk. Accessible bathroom met my needs with shower seat, handheld spray, and grab bars. Bed was super comfy. Carpet was worn, torn near the desk chair, but looked vacuumed, Stains on the decorative bedcover looked like old blood. Red stains on desk lampshade were a bit concerning. Shower curtain concealed old dirty washcloth from……

“We requested adjoining rooms with 2 queens in each room. When the hotel couldn’t meet our exact request, the contacted us and let us pick the next best. I appreciated the time they took to make sure we had the best set up for our family before we got there. ”

“Property was okay, took long time to check in as staff was dealing with another customer's issue. Lot of Semi Trucks parked around and people smoking pot, drinking in the parking lot. Rooms were okay, you could smell that they had been smoked in previously but not dirty or run down. Staff did not make up bed as I had my Backpack on it and they are not allowed to move, but they used that as an excuse not to replenish coffee or even turn off the coffee pot which was accidently left on. Overall……
