“So simple and comfortable, wish we could have stayed longer ”

“We stayed for a weekend in June to visit Letchworth State park with my family. Very easy to find with good parking, plenty of space to lounge and entertain, nice electric fireplace for heat and central air to cool, overall it was really nice. Check-in was easy and the town is quiet and safe. The only reason we’re giving it 4/5 stars is because there was a fairly strong smell of wet dog in the rental upon arrival. They are pet friendly so we assumed a past renter stayed with their dog and allowed……

“The location was perfect for the beautiful state parks to the west and the east. The farmhouse cottage provided everything without obligating us to rent a place much larger than we needed. The stairs to the bedroom are quite steep needing to be managed with care. If we were skiers we wouldn’t hesitate to return! We really appreciated Richie and Shannon’s quick response to our requests. ”

“I am originally from the area and wanted to “go home” for a few days. The cabin was clean and had plenty of dishes, kitchen utensils, towels, linens, etc. for my family’s 5 night stay. I loved drinking my morning coffee on the front porch and watching the birds and deer in the yard. My husband and daughter had a blast fishing the pond, catch and release of course. We felt just at home and will absolutely rent this cabin again. The owners responded quickly to any questions I had but also gave us……

“Everything went good! Was a cute little trailor. I asked last minute if my inlaws could stay as wrll and that was no problem. Make sure you bring towels and garbage bags! I also found a vape pen under out bed, no biggy i picked it up and threw it out. Im just happy i didnt bring my kifs and had them accidentally find it. Other then that nice quiet neighbourhood We walked to the public beach down the rd. Not really a beach but a nice videw to have a picnic and enjoy the peaceful river.”
