“This was a perfect place for us to stay for 2 nights while the guys completed the GAP and C&O Towpath bike ride from Pittsburgh to DC. We enjoyed the country setting and the spacious deck and appreciated that we were still close to things we wanted to do in the Cumberland area. Beds were comfortable and the entire place was clean and as shown in the photos from the listing. We did not make much use of the kitchen facilities, but the kitchen seemed to be well stocked. Having access to laundry……

“Wonderful host! Beautiful campsite! Clean Port-a-potty, with 2-ply toilet tissue! Awning over a picnic table for a nice dinner, there's a grill, fire ring, wood supplied and chairs. We camped at "Big D's Pond", one of his two camping sites. The only drawback is that there's no place to wash/clean up. "Hippie baths" All in all, you will not be disappointed!”

“Beautiful little cabin. Loved the double shower, the hot tub was so great. And the little visitor ( black rat snake) that blessed us with his presence was even welcomed. The only thing that would have made this stay over the top was a bigger bed. But my husband and i are used to a cal. King. Other then that it was a perfect little cabin.”

“You can tell Roman put a lot if thought into his work. Everything you need is provided. We thoroughly enjoyed breakfast. The shower was phenomenal. Everything was as described. The pool, hot tub and sauna were bonus! I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Roman!! ”

“Wonderful, secluded area to get away from life’s distractions! The pond provided hours of family fun, swimming, paddle boating, kayaking and fishing. Nightly bonfires were an added plus. The cabin amenities were perfect to recharge from the days fun.”

“The Yellow house was very nice the rooms we neat and clean they were supplied with a good variety of kitchen ware. Just needed some large bowls for salads or mixing up pancakes. The bathroom was large and the washer and dryer was great. The only issue was parking but we found a spot a block up from it and the neighbors were helpful getting our vehicle out of the snow.Thanks again for the home away from home.”
