“We had a wonderful stay in Te Anau. Lots of room to spread out and beautiful views from every window. Kids loved the ping pong table!”

“This property was an easy walk to Te Anua Town Center. Lots of space available in this home and so good to have a washer and dryer and a sturdy drying rack. Ample towels and bedding. The beds were a bit hard for our tastes and the sofa a bit lumpy and difficult to get up from. Adding a larger mirror in the bathroom would be helpful or even a full length one somewhere in the house would be nice. Nice safe, secure, quiet location with ample windows and good shades for light control.wo”

“Two blocks from a rocky beach (good for a swim, with water shoes) and stunning views. Quiet neighborhood close to trail along the lake. House has everything you need in the kitchen, a nice deck, and was super clean when we arrived. Note that if you want to use the hot tub, there is an extra charge (to cover cleaning, which seems reasonable), and owners will unlock it. Plenty of room for two couples (and there is a bunk room too!). ”

Very cosy (can imagine it is great in winter!) with everything, and more, that you need. “The views from the property are stunning, garden is lovely and kitchen good. A few minor things wrong which where communicated to the company but no response. It sleeps 15, but lounge, dining and outside can only cope with 8. TV room is rubbish and sofas uncomfortable and cheap, really needs a tv in lounge and master bedroom. However the views trump all of these issues ”

“This was a great spot for our time in Te Anau. We used it as home base to explore the region (hiking, Milford Sound, etc.). Location is hard to beat - very close to the lakeshore, business district, city park, Fiordland DOC Visitor Center and multiple very good restaurants (Ditto, Redcliff, Miles Better Pies). We cooked meals multiple times and the kitchen and pantry were well stocked. Beds were comfortable but not posh. If you are looking for a luxury location, this isn't it. It was……
