“The place is quite nice. Are conditioning both upstairs and downstairs and newer ACs with good cooling power. Kitchen is well equipped. We stayed as a family of 5. A bit far from where you want to be but a short train ride (1 stop) and you are where all the action is. I’d recommend that over a bus. Overall a great place to stay in Florence. Highly recommend!”

“I ended up here on accident while on a work trip. The hotel owner was so kind and helpful. She went above and beyond to help me resolve my error and showed the upmost kindness.
