“We had access to a garage, but no way to open the door until we exited the vehicle in the front of the house, used front door keypad, walked through house to back door to open door while other person drove around to back of house and waited. This would have easily been solved by leaving a garage door opener for use. Missing a lot of basic essential items… no toaster, baking sheets for oven, oven mitts, cooking essentials like salt/sugar, extra sheets for beds. The master only had fitted sheet……

“The house was great! The neighborhood was quiet and clean. The neighbor, Kay, was very friendly and personable. The code didnt work when we first arrived but a quick phone call and we were inside within minutes. The house had everything we needed including complimentary drinks, spices, condiment packets, etc. There was not one thing that we needed that we didnt find in the house. "Everything was great, except for the toilet in my room, which took 5 minutes to stop refilling the water tank. The noise was disturbing. The front desk staff verified the issue around 2:00 am but couldn’t fix it, and no room change was available. I had to use the toilet three more times that early morning, which was particularly troublesome at night. Additionally, the coffee machine dispensed hairs when I tried to get hot water, making me concerned about using it for coffee. I reported these issues, and the gentleman at the front desk took my mobile number, assuring me that the manager would contact me within two days. However, two weeks have passed, and I have not been contacted. Overall, it was not a good experience, but it might be only associated with that room."
