Canyon Lake Retreat - Two Home Estate Just 2.5mi From The Marina

Enjoy a relaxing family vacation within 2.5 miles of the Canyon Lake Marina and Canyon Lake Beach Park. Canyon Lake is one of the deepest and cleanest in Texas – a popular place with plenty of outdoor activities for families and nature lovers. This unique lake side retreat consists of two spacious yet separate homes on the same property.

The first home has a lovely grand family room with a stone fireplace as well as a fully appointed kitchen featuring granite countertops and a large kitchen island. The single-story home features three large bedrooms. The master includes a king bed, TV, and luxurious ensuite bathroom. Another room containing a king bed shares a jack and jill bathroom with the last room offering a queen bed and set of bunk bets.  

The second home is also a single-story featuring three bedrooms. The master includes a king bed, TV, and luxurious ensuite bathroom. Adjacent to the living room, is a large, open kitchen featuring beautifully finished cabinetry, gorgeous granite countertops and a large island. Just down the hall you will find two more bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed and set of bunk beds.

Outside you’ll find the large outdoor entertaining patio space with ample seating overlooking the pool and expansive back yard area and gas grilling station. During the day enjoy taking a dip in the swimming pool or playing a game of cornhole. Continue to make memories once the sun sets as you gather around the fire pit and toast marshmallows.

CHECK-IN/OUT TIMES: Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 10:00 am. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being prepared for your arrival. We recommend making travel plans accordingly.

SELF CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS: All reservations will be required to sign a rental agreement and provide Hills of Texas Lodging with a valid credit card to be placed on file for their stay. In lieu of charging a damage deposit or non-refundable damage waiver, a temporary hold of $500 will be placed on a credit card upon arrival for incidentals (just like they do at hotels). We are basically just verifying with your financial institution that sufficient funds are available in the event they were needed to cover property damage(s). If there are no property damages, the card will not be charged.

AGE REQUIREMENT: Everyone participating in the reservation must be over age 25 or if accompanied by their parent or legal guardian.

MAX OCCUPANCY: The maximum capacity for this home is 18 guests (including children). No visitors or day guests are allowed. Only the guests registered in this reservation are allowed onsite. If it is discovered that guests are over occupying the property, it will result in eviction.

PET POLICY: Pets are not allowed at this property under any circumstance.
