“We didn't use the room much due to the fact we were in town visiting family. I was very disappointed we didn't take advantage of the kayaks etc. It really was a lovely place to rest and play if that is what you come for. The kitchen was adequately stocked. The owner happened to be there when we checked in and made a point to introduce himself and to let us know if we need anything to make sure and reach out .”

“We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this brand new home at the base of Hatcher Pass! The house was incredibly comfortable and had everything we needed for relaxing.The location was perfect – just a short drive to the mountains. But we were able to go out our front door and go snow machining back to all the trails nearby. Was so much fun! Next time we hope to stay longer!The house was fully stocked with everything we could have wanted for our stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were……

“We enjoyed staying at the Black Bear Abode. House was clean and very inviting. Heads up though, there are no washcloths and only a couple of towels in each bathroom. Also, we ran out of toilet paper and had to buy some. Beds were very soft and pillows were very thin. Just expected more for the cost we psid. ”
