Everything is good at this hotel staff was great . Disappointed no hot water for a shower and the HVAC unit in room sounded like a jet engine. Bed was very comfortable and overall hotel was clean . Good value for the money

There was no visible sign that we could see. Reservation was for 2, yet there was one bar of soap for hands and bathing, one coffee cup, and one chair to sit. There was no remote in room and the fridge temp control was broke. Construction workers working on 1st floor flooring at 9:30 pm and had to go on 2nd fl. All the way down hallway to get to lobby. This place should have been closed down until renovated. Who wants to eat breakfast with so much construction debris all around and toxic smell of adhesive. We went out of our way to be at a Wingate and were shockingly disappointed!

Nothing noted on line could prepare you for a hotel that is “under renovations”. And it needs the fixing!! Unclean and in disrepair. I would not recommend staying here. Check in was terrible, the clerk had no personality to speak of. The room he gave us had no hot water. Had to pack everything back up and move. Then had to go down and get our own TP as the bathroom had very little. It was the worst hotel stay we have had in a very long time. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else.

I couldn’t check on because construction was being performed on the side of the building where my room was. The only available beds on opposite side of bldg where there was no construction was smaller than a king. We were so exhausted and was looking forward to sleeping and instead was forced to look for a room at another hotel, which charged us more $.

The Floor of my room was not clean.There were crumbs and dirt in the corners. There were screws in the closet that my children had access to left behind by maintenance. The lower level smells like marijuana and the elevator didn't work. There were also empty beer cans on the material for the renovations by the elevator on the 2nd floor.

First room that was given to me it was dirty. Bed sheets was dirty toilet did not flush. Second room did not have toilet paper carpet in the hall way was filthy. Nice location, but will not recommend anyone to stay.

Check in and breakfast was nice. Hallways were dirty due to renovation but rooms were vey clean. Fridge was spewing water all over the floor though and we had to keep a towel righti front of it to keep absorbing the water.

The staff gave excellent restaurant recommendations for in the area. The hotel is outdated needs to come into 2025 era. The rooms are still using cable boxes in room. For $219 I had better rooms all for that price. At least there is microwave and fridge in room.
