Its location is perfect, affording peaceful and stunning views from its terrace of the seas separating Kephalonia from the smaller island of Ithica and the Greek mainland. It is also just some 4 km from the lovely, busy harbour (‘Yachty’ ) town of Fiskardo and just 3 km from the heavenly uncrowded beach at Foki Bay and others near-by. “Kurz: die Unterkunft ist toll mit einem klasse Pool und einer sehr schönen und großen Terrasse/Balkon. Einige Sachen sind ein bisschen abgewohnt, aber das hat nicht wirklich gestört und es war alles vorhanden. Bezüglich Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin würde ich sehr das Telefon/SMS empfehlen. Auf Mail-Anfragen über die FeWo-Seite habe ich nie eine Antwort erhalten.”

“A lovely property with fabulous views. Very comfortable bed and good air-conditioning when needed. Our room was number 10 up in the eaves so some low sloping ceilings but an amazing view. “This is a really lovely place to stay, with modern well appointed studios, very comfortable bed and fresh linen/light clean every day, YouTube and Netflix available, a very nice kitchenette very modern and very well appointed bathroom and air-conditioning. There is also a lovely outdoor setting to sit at and you’re just behind all the restaurants and shops! We would highly recommend this place as the owners are lovely as is the property and it wasn’t expensive 🙏💕”

“Fantastic location 50 metres from harbour. Lovely Tavernas nearby and walkable. Beautiful area close to Mikros Gialos beach. Spyros was such a lovely gentleman and so helpful with advice when required. Room quite basic but spotlessly clean and comfortable so very nice to stay there. “Zero. Showed a completely different picture from the website. Clicked on a pictures that showed a pool and a very nice suite with views. This room was built in a rock. And I paid a lot of money for something I didn’t ask for. Not even a tv. No wifi . We didn’t stay here at all. Just left. I demand my money back. I can show you the pictures I booked. Very unhappy. We are 63 year olds with health issues and was very inconvenienced. I use Expedia for a lot of my bookings. ”

“We had a great time and Michalis, who manages the property, was superb. Only issues were a wasp nest on the property (which Michalis tried to control) and some missing fixtures in the bathrooms (everything still worked though). The property is surrounded by nature, so there was a fair bit of mosquitos at night. Beautiful location and stunning views. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”

“We really enjoyed our stay here. Theodora was very welcoming. The apartment was clean, well equipped, with excellent views of the bay. The pool was an great addition and was always clean. Highly recommend hiring a car whilst on the island and our favourite restaurant in the hills was "Tavana Filippas". And also enjoyed the "Taxi" pedalos and Kayak, ideal for families. If you want to go and explore Lefkada then this place is ideal. Thank you Theodora ”

“We had a great stay at this beautiful family run complex. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The apartment itself was spotless and comfortable for a family of 4. Good air condition and amenities. Location was also great, only a short stroll to the harbour front where restaurants and bars are plentiful. Agia Efimia is a really pretty town and a great place for exploring the surrounding area of Kefalonia. All in all a very good experience and would definitely stay again. ”
