Awful experience
"I need to be reimbursed immediately! I booked this over 6 weeks ago and found out when I tried to check in that the property manager "wasn't aware" and others were staying. In addition to getting reimbursed, I should also get something else as I was left without a place to stay."

"I've stayed in pretty much every highly rated rental home in the area over the last 4 years and this is by far the best. Unlike most rentals, they did a very high end remodel on this one.
