“SPA EITHER NOT FUNCTIONAL OR 'NOT INCLUDED'. EITHER WAY A CON. I booked this hotel on the basis of its advertised spa facilities. When I went down to use them I was informed they were 'out of service' - no indication had been given prior to my arrival or even at check-in. I asked about the possibility of a partial refund on the basis that I had spent significantly more on Paradis for the pool and sauna than I would have for other accommodation. “Extremely convenient for the Airport if one has an early flight. From my alarm to through security via bag drop was ~15minutes. Restaurant is excellent with good selection of beers and wine; the bar was not open late (I think last orders were22:30) but this is not a terrible idea anyway :-) A bit expensive compared to other options in Cluj, so might not be as good if you're looking for a bargain.”
