“The location was great, just down the hill from the University where I attended a conference. Spacious little apartment, including kitchenette. Check-in was easy, and I was able to arrange for breakfasts at the Central Station hotel. Would definitely stay there again.”

“Unterkunft ruhig und sauber. Handtücher und Bettwäsche gut. Idyllische Umgebung. Ungenügend ausgestattet mit nur je 2 Gabeln, Messern, Tellern usw. Kein Toaster. Keine Fliegen- bzw. Mückenfenster. Im Wohnzimmer nur ein dünner heller Vorhang. An sonnigen Tagen sehr warm. Nicht so schön. Ein grosses Ärgernis ist der Ventilator im Badzummer ohne Fenster. Die Abluft läuft über ein dickes Rohr durch das gesamte Schlafzimmer und der Ventilator sofort an, sobald das Licht im Badezimmer angeht bzw.……

“Sophie’s place was great for our families short term stay. Sophie is very communicative and helpful. Always responded very promptly and addressed all questions and needs. “Nice property, very well located for access to Uppsala by bus and car equally. Very spacious with ample bedroom space and lounge area. Nothing was mentioned about this property being someone's residence, either via the Vrbo website or subsequent information from Novasol. This meant it did feel like living in someone else's apartment with it not being clear what wardrobes and drawers could be used.
Communication with Novasol through the app was poor and took multiple days to get……
