Each staff person was very friendly and helpful! The Americana, we learned, was vintage 1960s but completely renovated in 2023, and right on historic Route 66. It was the perfect location for exploring all of the national parks and sites in the area!

The property is one of the cutest, best decorated hotel I’ve ever stayed. Everywhere I looked you could see the uniqueness of the decor. The grounds were super inviting- corn hole, botchy ball, fire pits and pool.

This property was so fun and charming! I hope to come back for a longer stay to fully enjoy the perks (pool, game area etc.). Plenty of parking, very friendly staff, comfortable beds, the overall feel was so fun and exactly what I expected/hoped for. The only suggestion I have is if you use the self check in/e key and arrive after dark, it is incredibly difficult to find your room. Room numbers blend and they are not lit at all. I suggest stopping at the front office for clear direction and don’t assume it will be easy to do yourself. There were two other people in parking lot circling like I was looking for the room - made me chuckle but also made me feel a bit like a creeper. Can’t wait to stay again!

My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay. From the board games at check out all the way to the heated pool. The 70s vibe was amazing. This hotel was affordable yet so convenient. Only thing I would recommend is a hook in the bathroom to be able to hang a towel or robe. The bed was also very comfy. This place will definitely be on my radar when vacationing in the Flagstaff area in the future.

This was truly a unique experience. Everything in the room was an "omg look at that, what a hoot" moments. We unfortunately had a dog in the room next to us. It was left alone to bark constantly until the owners returned. After a night of light snowfall, the stairs were not shoveled and were very slippery.

I try not to leave negative reviews, but this was the worst stay experience I have ever had. I hope the property consider these as constructive feedback. They were out of soap and body gel, didn’t provide enough towel, didn’t tidy up the room daily even after I specifically requested. We had to use our own toilet paper one day because there were no extras in the room. I must add they did not charge the amenities fee, which was appreciated.
