This beautiful, newly built, single-level home, in the sought-after Crestview neighborhood is centrally located and perfect for Northern Arizona travel fun. It is just a few miles west of Historic Downtown Flagstaff and Northern Arizona University. The property is 40 minutes away from the Snow-Bowl Ski Resort and 30 minutes to Williams, Arizona, home of the Polar Express and Bearizona. Don't miss the 45-minute journey to majestic Sedona! The scenic drive through Oak Creek Canyon, to the Grandeur of the Sedona Red Rocks is very memorable. You can drive to the South Rim Entrance of Grand Canyon National Park in about an hour and a half. Historic Route 66 is just a few blocks away.

The living room is perfect for family and friends. There are two sofas, along with two oversized chairs, that encircle the gas fireplace. There is also a large flat-screen TV mounted on the wall. This living space encourages warm gatherings and time to reflect on the day's adventures. There are multiple board games available for your entertainment.

The dining table has seating for six, as well as an additional 3 stools at the breakfast bar, which is located at the kitchen island.

The well-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, along with everything else needed to prepare and serve a scrumptious meal. The kitchen includes a four-burner gas range, over-the-stove microwave, refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, blender, toaster, knife set, Keurig and drip-style traditional coffee maker, bread maker and much more!

The backyard is the perfect sanctuary for unwinding after a day of Northern Arizona exploration. You can relax outside on the back patio, complete with a brand, new hot tub, hammock, fire pit and propane grill. There is ample outdoor furniture for all.

The master bedroom is just off of the kitchen and includes a king-size bed with impeccable décor and a spacious closet. There is also a mounted flat-screen TV. The en suite bathroom is sure to delight with exquisite design, double vanity and gorgeous, subway-tiled shower.

The guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a closet. The room has views of the walking path that runs adjacent to the home.

The bunk-bed room has a comfy full over full bunk bed set. This room sleeps 4.

The “FUN ROOM” has a queen-sized bed. This room also has the Smart TV mounted to the wall.

For your comfort and convenience, the home has:

Pets are considered, however we asked that you keep "4 on the floor" as we say in our house. Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. Also, please pick up after them outside. We allow one small dog, no larger than 25 pounds. No vicious breeds. No other pets are permitted without Manager approval. There is a $50 pet fee. Please remit the pet fee prior to arrival.

We supply freshly cleaned linens, bedding, and towels for all our guests. We also supply paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish, dishwasher and hand soap.

Although often there may be a variety of condiments, coffee, etc., we cannot guarantee what will be available.

There is a minimum age requirement of 25 years old.

No parties or events are permitted.

A rental contract must be signed and submitted, after reservation confirmation.

This is a new subdivision. There may be some construction taking place during your stay.

One of the most awesome features of Flagstaff is the hourly train that rolls through town. This train is the lifeline of the West! The train can be heard from the home. If you love trains, you'll be delighted to know that there is a walking path leading to views of where the BNSF trains can be seen cutting through the Coconino National Forest.

There is a Ring Video Doorbell on the property.

There are cameras on the outside of the property. Vacation Rentals does disclose all cameras on the property as they are reported to us by the homeowner.
