Quiet and Relaxing

Just as advertised. Everything worked and plenty of signage so you did not have to guess as to how things worked. Beautiful property and very quiet setting.

Amazing Home and Location

Our stay was perfect. The house layout worked well for our family. The house was clean and spacious and the property manager was very attentive. The location worked well close to Flagstaff. I would definitely stay here again.

NAU graduation weekend

Booked this property for our family to celebrate our sons graduation from NAU. Was close to town but away from the traffic of the move out/graduation events taking place. Plenty of room to come back and have a dinner with family and friends after graduation. Property is beautiful in a quiet neighborhood.

High expectations - all were met

I am someone who has high expectations, search many homes before renting & love my outdoor space. This home exceeded my expectations & the pictures on VRBO don't do it justice as the home has beautiful living room windows overlooking a massive deck (pictures were a little dark or home appeared dark inside). Things I loved: Big open living room, kitchen & dining area. The patio/deck was massive as noted in the listing & all we heard was the wind whispering through all the trees! I looked forward to the sunsets while relaxing on the patio deck (we did bring our own lounge/gravity chairs for more comfort) - ample table/chairs provided & we enjoyed breakfasts & dinner outside. Home was in a quiet neighborhood. I will defiantly rent this home again & will refer it to friends. Thanks again for a great stay.Karen

Worked for our trip

The log cabin overall was nice and fairly comfortable. The beds and furniture in the home could be upgraded. Seems like they just tossed in whatever furniture they had as extras. Except for the dining room table it was big and fit all of us. I’m not sure if it was because nobody has stayed there in a while, but there was some mouse droppings in cabinets and drawers. So we definitely had to wash everything before using.

Beautiful Log Cabin House

This log cabin house was absolutely gorgeous. Everything was so clean so comfortable. The beds were comfortable. Everything was accommodating. We just loved it. The house is stunning everything about it is just beautiful our host, Matt. Was great. we went there as a family to celebrate our son‘s 30th birthday and had the best time. Great memories were made. I highly recommend this beautiful log cabin house. The price was perfect. We all around. Had a great time and would love to come stay at this house again thank you Matt for your beautiful home. We had the best time ever the place was immaculate accommodating in every way the snow was perfect. The outer deck is gorgeous. It was fully stocked with everything that you could possibly need. This is a great place to stay if you’re going to Flagstaff.

25 th Birthday celebration for Son

Great place to stay -close to snowbowl as the kids went snowboarding and we hiked with the dogs. Kitchen is spacious so we could have meals together.

Awesome listing!!

First time users on Vrbo and let me tell you…it was a great experience! Place was just as described and seen from the pictures. Process of check in and check out was simple and easy. There were rules which we expected and they were simple and didn’t cause any issues with any of us to follow. Place with clean and organized. Also good amount of stuff provided for our use(tried not to use anything). Amazing few days and will use again in later future! Thank you for providing us with an amazing time!!!

Should be named Goldilocks cabin?

One bed was lumpy, the other was hard, another was saggy and only one was just right. My daughter is 18 and she woke up like a 81 year old! One of us ended up sleeping on the couch which was more comfortable than any of the beds. You should buy a new plunger too because the one provided was wood which was cracked, which could not unplug a toilet if it tried… The view and location were beautiful! But the cabin could use some maintenance. Unfortunately the oven was nasty. It needs a deep clean. You were worried about people using the fireplace to roast marshmallows, but I think you should be more worried about what people stick in the oven. One another note; one of the steps was wobbly, it is not bad right now but could pose a future problem FYI. The cabin itself was nice but the wood needs to be sealed so the house/cabin doesn’t fall into disarray. We enjoyed our stay and our time up there. please don’t get us wrong, it was fun. I just didn’t want to be blamed for all the problems in the cabin so I took pictures and waited patiently.
