“Amazing location and view. Apartment appeared new and was very warm. Very noisy building all through night. Beds were uncomfortable - none of us slept well. There is nowhere to hang or dry ski gear - no hooks, rails, wardrobes, etc. except for one bathroom heated rail. No oven or grill. Very small microwave and limited pans. Basic apartment only: no soap, half a toilet roll, no washing up items, no dishwasher tablet, no tea towel. Nice linen and bath towels. There is a mop, brush and vacuum……

“No joining instructions were sent prior to arrival. The resort had no idea of the booking because it was a private apartment rented out on Hotels.com by another company. I had to call to get someone to tell me how to gain access to the apartment. The resort were going to charge me for parking but I showed that the listing stated parking was included. When we got into the apartment there were no towels or bedding. Had to call again. Was told that the listing stated that this was not included.……

“I would highly recommend this property for a ski holiday in Flaine! The property is finished to a high standard and has amazing views from the balconies looking towards Flaine and the pistes. It is spacious and comfortably accommodated our group of 9 across the 4 bedrooms and it was also great to have lots of bathrooms! We also really enjoyed being able to use the pool, sauna, jacuzzi and steam rooms. The ski locker is a very short walk from the apartment and we found the free ski shuttle bus……
