“The management was very nice. I did not care for the check in kiosk as there was too many errors (charged me 3x for the $100 security deposit). The breakfast person stood and watched families awkwardly. This made it uncomfortable. Breakfast was good, decent options.”

“We actually had reservations at another hotel in Ft Myers where, upon checking in, it was so disgusting, we immediately grabbed our phones to look for another option. Given that there was an event in town all weekend, there were not many rooms available anywhere, so when we saw one here, we reserved it right away, figuring it couldn't be worse than where we were currently.
