“El lugar está bonito solo que hay detalles que se deben decir para los siguientes viajeros. 1.- no te ofrecen limpieza, ahí tienes que hacer el aseo en tu propia casa y pues si te quita algo de tiempo, 2.- para ir a la alberca no hay orden todos apartan lugar desde las 7am siendo que la alberca la permiten a las 10, 3.- algunos enchufes de la cocina no tenían electricidad y tenías que andar con la licuadora y la cafetera por otros lados para que funcionarán, 4.- colchones viejos e incómodos y……

“There are very few restaurants to choose from. On the first day we arrived, we only had a buffet, and it was super invincible terrible. All other restaurants need to make an appointment and we are Expedia customers so there is no room service for us. I can't order food to my room. There are only two bottles of water in the room, no refrigerator, no other soda and beer are even more impossible. Anyway We won't come back again”

“Terrible hard push to sell Timeshare. Felt like a hostage situation , multiple calls. Ended up steering clear of the concierge and avoiding the welcome breakfast losing $40 because we didn’t show. Not too bothered about the $40 loss in place of avoided hearse sale tactics. Terrible to be bombarded and forced in to listening to timeshare pitch before even getting to our room or been given the keys . Only escorted to the room once we had listened to the initial Sales pitch. I do not recommend this……

“The views were stunning, the staff outstanding but it was the marriage between authentic Mexican culture and hospitality that had us sold. We met several other guests from all over North America during breakfast which was served in the common area right by our room, Sol 4. The room was large with firm but very comfortable beds(2) The bathroom is outside the room but secure and for our room's exclusive use, it was not an issue for us. “We stayed in the wild room. Well worth the extra cost. Loved the outdoor shower and tub. They provide you with Vervan products (absolutely the best skin and hair products in Mexico). The bed was super comfortable, the room was spacious and the complementary wine was a great touch. We didn't use the pool but it was really clean and well maintained. The breakfast was superb. Not a lot of options for dining or shopping close by but everything you need is only a couple of miles away. ”
