“This hostel is a gem. I am surprised it was not filled with tourist. The hotel is clean and amenities are great. The hotel is located down an alley, so the outside appearance look sketchy. The inside is another story. The area is located near MBK area and close to other tourist attractions. I recommend this stay for solo travelers. You will not be disappointed. ”

She was supposed to stay there for just one night to get the hostel experience, but she ended up staying the whole week because of the amazing customer service she received from them. “My stay was exceptional. Upon arriving earlier than check-in; the manager offered luggage storage, an efficient system with identification tags. She let me use the bathroom and even offered to allow me to use the shower if I needed. Once checked in, the room was very clean. I spilled coffee on the bed sheets, and once I told them, they offered to change the sheets and did. The bathrooms are very clean. They organized the airport taxi booking for my friend without any issue. The next day I……

“We arrived around 1am and the security guard welcomed us and helped us with the bags up to the 3rd floor. So nice and helpful. The staff made a lovely light breakfast and were so welcoming. The staff arranged a car for us to return to airport. This is a hostel but they really offered excellent service!”

“Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and beds were surprisingly comfortable for international standards. Only complaint was that cabbies found it difficult to find the place. Other than that, excellent value for the money. Highly recommend.”

It was a shame there was building work going on so the gardens were noisy with construction materials. But once inside the apartment it was great. The four flights of stairs were not ideal.
