"The exterior is definitely run down but the rooms are clean, a/c was very cold, shower was hot, and beds were comfortable. For the price of $70 you really can't complain. I recommend if you're on a budget."

"Property was very clean. The mule rentals at first seemed little expensive but over the 2 nights we stayed the kids had a blast riding around the property on them and seeing all the different types of animals, so definitely worth it. Wouldn’t even been the same without them. Plenty of accessories ..."
