“Inside the hotel, the facilities were very nice: attractive lobby, airy dining room with a view to their courtyard, spacious guest rooms with plenty of bathroom counter space. One night (of three) there was a party in the room next door. After a couple of midnight visits to the front desk (because they took the phones out of the rooms), they moved us to another room. “Angie greeted us at breakfast on this, our third, visit to Scranton. This young woman makes you feel like you actually matter and engages in a way that you feel appreciated.
